Medicines and Everyday Notes

Berberine, cinnamon and turmeric are ingredients pharmacists check, so if you take diabetes medicine, blood thinners or any other regular medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist first, as the label itself advises. Riboflavin turns urine bright yellow, and the konjac fibre should always be taken with a full glass of water. Read the Supplement Facts notes, see who it suits or browse the daily appetite habits.
